In our annual tradition, my former roommate Anna and I hosted a Hanukkah feast. We served brisket, latkes, salad and Chocolate Chip Challah. We’ve alwasy done the brisket and latkes, but the challah was a new addition thanks to Food Network Magazine. And was it ever so delicious!
The recipe was super simple, and as someone that doesn’t make bread, I found it easy and worth the time. It’s not too chocolate-y and is a very light challah, aka perfection!
Here is the Chocolate Chip Challah recipe, and here is what ours looked like:
It was great for breakfast the following days. I prefer mine a bit warmed up and some butter. The chocolate gets gooey and melty and delicious! Let me know what you think!
