For the last few years New York City has had fancy food trucks. Not your taco cart that’s on the corner everyday, but specialty trucks to get delicious, unique food. I have seen them and frequented them randomly, but as I started following them on Twitter, and working and moving and getting into a new sort of routine, I’ve realized that I want to try them all. I don’t want to pass them on the street, I don’t want to know about them, I want to know their food, I want to say, oh yeah, that truck, it’s awesome. So join me on my second food adventure (read about my first one): trying the food trucks. I’ve made a NYC Food Trucks list on Twitter and when one is either near work (around Bryant Park) or on the UES or just around anywhere that I can get to on the weekend and I want to try some new food, I’m there. And yes, I will blog about it. I’ll start with a few I’ve been to recently-Wafles & Dinges and Eddie’s Pizza, but will hopefully try to get to them all soon. Below is the list of trucks, let me know if I am missing anything! I’m really excited about this.
