I took Midwest Airlines recently and discovered the amazingness that is their fresh baked chocolate chip cookies.

I read an article in the New York Times (A Cookie Calling Card for Travelers) about them last month and oh my goodness-it’s a great business plan! They were just the perfect temperature, chewiness and chocolatey-ness. Basically, it made the flight way better. I really appreciated them a lot, especially because I was hungry.

There is not much more to say about the cookies, except try them yourself. I don’t think I’ll be flying Midwest anytime soon but I’ll look forward to my next trip with them-for the cookies.
